Is 'White Chicks' having a sequel? Marlon Wayans answers
A "White Chicks" sequel, anyone? Marlon Wayans is all for it!
In an interview with Good Morning America, the American actor shared that fans would always ask him about a sequel for the 2004 hit comedy film.
"[Fans always ask] 'When are you doing the sequel?' They love that movie. Hey, you know, I think it's time. Let's get 'Scary Movie 6' done, and then we'll go and bring out 'White Chicks 2," he said.
Although there were no confirmed details as of this writing, fans are very much excited about the possibility of a sequel.
In a 2021 interview with Variety, Marlon said a "White Chicks" sequel is "necessary."
"I think we've tightened up so much that we need to loosen our ties a bit and laugh a little bit," he said.
"White Chicks" starred Marlon and his brother Shawn. It followed the story of two disgraced FBI agents who went undercover in an effort to protect hotel heiresses the Wilson sisters from a kidnapping plot.
