Ynez Veneracion pranks Anton Vinzon on set of 'Mga Batang Riles'

Ynez Veneracion just pranked her co-star Anton Vinzon on the set of their show, "Mga Batang Riles."

On Instagram, GMA Network shared the prank video where Ynez can be seen telling viewers that Anton doesn't know the questions he'll be asking her.

The clip then shows Anton preparing for their interview before Ynez's arrival. A crew member also warned him that she looked annoyed.

When she finally arrived, Anton began the video by greeting viewers on camera before kicking off the interview.

"Kamusta ako bilang katrabaho?" he asked Ynez.

A visibly irritated Ynez answered, "Wala naman kwenta.  Sakto lang. Nung una, parang hindi ka nga magaling nung una pero in fairness nung huli pumickup naman. Mga ganun lang."

The Sparkle star then asked Ynez what she has to say about the notion that she's already "laos."

"Diyos ko naman, kung laos ako bakit nandito pa rin ako? Tsaka kung laos at least sumikat 'di ba," she replied.

"Tama, nanay ko 'yan," Anton said, pertaining to her character in the show, Dolor, who is the mom of his character, Dagul.

Things took a turn, however, when Anton asked her the third question.

"Gaano katotoo na baduy niyo raw pumorma?"

"Ano ba 'yan akin na nga," Ynez snapped, snatching the paper from his hands.

"Anong baduy pumorma? Ako baduy pumorma? Ikaw? Tingin mo, baduy ka ba pumorma? Mas baduy ka pumorma. Tingan mo kaya 'yung pananamit mo."

A crew member then stepped in and asked Ynez to be nice.

"Maging nice naman po tayo kasi maraming tao, nakakahiya kay Anton," he said.

Ynez, however, was unhappy.

"Hello? Bakit? Nice naman ako. Kasi kanina sabi ko sa 'yo wag nang ganito, tapos ganiyan pang klase 'yung mga tanong mo. Ano ba 'yan. Wag kasing ganun," she told the crew member.

At this point, Anton looked visibly awkward, and gestured to the crew member to stop recording.

Ynez then turned to him and said, "I love you, it's a prank!"

As the two hugged it out, Anton couldn't help but tear up. 

When asked by the crew member how he felt during the interview, he shared he was nervous.

"Kinakabahan na 'ko, totoo ba to? Grabe di ko ine-expect," he said in disbelief. "Ang galing umarte ni nanay, so ayun po. Speechless ako sa nangyari kasi nagulat ako, 'Ha totoo ba 'yung mga question na 'to?'"

Ynez, for her part, shared that she felt bad for him but had to continue the prank.

"Nung una, naaawa na 'ko sa kaniya. Kaya lang sabi ko kailangan ko panindigan," she said.  "Alam mo 'yung kahit na hindi talaga ako 'to pero hindi eh kailangan mapaniwala ko siya."

She also praised Anton for his acting prowess, adding, "Napakagaling na artista. Kahit baguhan, ramdam na ramdam ko siya."

Anton, on the other hand, vowed to get them back.

"Babawi ako sa inyo," he said. "Mga Kapuso, nabiktima ako sa nangyari."

"Mga Batang Riles" airs weeknights at 8:50 p.m. on GMA Network.
