Jennylyn Mercado, Dennis Trillo, Sam Milby grateful to work together in 'Everything About My Wife'

Jennylyn Mercado, Dennis Trillo, and Sam Milby expressed their gratitude and joy that they get to work together for their upcoming rom-com movie, "Everything About My Wife."

In Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras" Tuesday, the Kapuso Ultimate Star said that she's thankful Sam and Dennis said yes to the project.

"Siyempre thankful ako sa dalawang ‘to, kay Sam and kay Dennis, dahil pumayag sila at tinanggap nila itong project na ‘to. Thank you rin sa CreaZion and GMA Pictures dahil siyempre nakabuo sila ng magandang pelikula," she said.

Dennis, for his part, his part, couldn't wait to work with his wife again.

"Pumayag ako agad kasi first time ko makakatrabaho ulit 'yung asawa ko after a very long time kaya excited na 'ko mapanood niyo 'yung mga eksenang ginawa namin dito," the Kapuso Drama King shared.

The rom-com film is Dennis and Jennylyn's first project as husband and wife. It is also their reunion project after working together in "I Can See You: Truly, Madly, Deadly" in 2020.

Meanwhile, for Sam, he is happy to work with Jen again and to be in a project with Dennis for the very first time.

"It was such a joy working with Jen, so I was excited to work with her again and siyempre 'yung script, 'yung movie, ang cute, ang ganda, rom-com, and 'yung role ko medyo kakaiba so something very different para sa akin. And for the first time working, with the one and only Dennis Trillo, award-winning," he said.

The three stars recently held a ticket-selling event in a mall in Quezon City over the weekend, where they delivered kilig to their fans.

The film stars DenJen as Dom and Imogen, a husband and wife. They face a challenging point in their marriage when Sam's character, Miguel, gets in the way of the couple and puts Imogen's loyalty to the test.

It is directed by Real Florido and produced by GMA Pictures, CreaZion Studios, and Glimmer Studio. Its cast also includes Carmi Martin, Alex Agustin, Joyce Glorioso, Polo Laurel, and Nova Villa, with the special participation of Ruby Ruiz, Donna Cariaga, Isay Alvarez, Romnick Sarmenta, and Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes.

"Everything About My Wife" will open in cinemas on February 26.
