Khalil Ramos, Sue Ramirez pair up for Netflix's 'One Hit Wonder'

Khalil Ramos and Sue Ramirez are the lead stars of Netflix’s upcoming movie, “One Hit Wonder.”

On Facebook, Netflix shared teaser photos showing the actors in character.

“In love and music, we all win. Your first look at Sue Ramirez and Khalil Ramos' One Hit Wonder, coming soon on Netflix,” the caption said.

In June 2024, Khalil was nominated for his lead role in "Tick, Tick… Boom!" at the 14th Gawad Buhay Awards for the Male Lead Performance in a Musical category.

The Kapuso actor starred in the musical as Jon, a struggling, aspiring composer in New York City, who writes a musical in order to enter the theater industry. That musical ended up being “Rent.”

He also previously starred in the film "Fuschia Libre” and the Kapuso series “Love You Stranger” alongside girlfriend Gabbi Garcia.
