Yassi Pressman meets young girl named after her, to sponsor her tuition

Yassi Pressman met a young girl also named Yassi, and decided to give her a special gift!

In an Instagram Reel, the actress said she was at the Carbon Market in Cebu City when a cute encounter happened.

“Habang namimili (at nagpapa cute! Haha), lumapit sa 'min si mommy na may baby Yassi,” she said.

She further described it as “isang masaya at nakakagulat na umaga.”

The mom brought her young daughter Princess Yassi so they could meet.

Upon meeting, they shared a hug. Yassi learned that the young girl was now in Grade 1, and pledged to give her this special gift.

Yassi said, “Sige, sagot ko na ‘yung Grade 2 niya.”

Princess Yassi’s mother could not help but shout at the news, and the actress said to give their details to her team.

“Unexpected special moments are simply the best,” Yassi added in her caption.

“Salamat Carbon Market, kay mommy at baby Yassi for making our Cebu trip extra memorable,” she said.

According to Yassi, she hopes to meet more kids named after her. “My goal is to meet you all,” she said.

Back in 2024, Yassi turned emotional when she met a driver of a ride-hailing service who named his daughter after her.

Yassi previously appeared in “Black Rider” and “Video City,” both as the leading lady of Ruru Madrid.

She is also part of the Filipino-South Korean movie “The Guardian” as Sandara.
