Who is Antonio Vinzon? Meet the teen actor who plays Dagul in 'Mga Batang Riles'
Antonio Vinzon has been charming viewers of "Mga Batang Riles" with his performance as Dagul, the prankster and vlogger of the Sitio Liwanag boys.
His character has a cute bromance with Kidlat (Miguel Tanfelix), but he is also a favorite of many for his sensitive side in dramatic moments with his family.
Boy Abunda, the King of Talk himself, was highly impressed with Antonio.
"He is excellent. 'Yung kaniyang mga eksena napakanatural," he said on Wednesday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda. "Antonio has enough commitments as an actor to be a big, big star."

1. He is the son of Roi Vinzon
Antonio has the showbiz pedigree in his blood. His father, the veteran action star Roi Vinzon, starred in the films "Manila Kingpin: The Asiong Salonga Story," "Batas ng Lasangan," and "Hindi Sisiw Ang Kalaban Mo," among others.
He is also the younger brother of singer and beauty queen Lala Vinzon.

4. He opened up on experiencing bullying when he was younger
Antonio previously opened up on getting bullied for being overweight when he was a child.
"Sobrang tabain po talaga ako dati and grabe po 'yung discrimination," he said. "Binubully ako, sinusuntok ako every day ng mga 'di ko kilala."
He said he lost his confidence to the point that he wanted to quit school because of what happened. Now, he feels blessed to have made it to showbiz.
