Kyline Alcantara on ‘Shining Inheritance’: 'It saw me rebuild myself again as a person and as an artist'
Doing “Shining Inheritance” will always be memorable for Kyline Alcantara.
On Instagram, the Sparkle actress shared some snaps from the set of the Kapuso series, including a mirror selfie of her with co-star Kate Valdez, and a cute selfie with fellow cast Michael Sager and Coney Reyes, and said “Shining Inheritance is one of my most memorable shows."
"Why? This project saw me rebuild myself again as a person and as an artist,” Kyline added.
“All of you have a special place in my heart," she said as she thanked all the friends she made in the show, as well as the crew, staff members and her fellow artists.
Kyline singled out her "Tita Coney," thanking her for her guidance and her generosity. “Tita, your presence and your prayers made this project even more special. Thank you for your guidance and generosity. I love you so much,” she said.
“Maraming salamat sa lahat po ng Kapuso na sumubaybay sa ‘Shining Inheritance.’ Hanggang sa susunod.”
In the comment section, Kate and Coney sent in their love and gratitude to Kyline.
“I love you Kai,” Kate wrote.
“Aww… Thank you! Love you, Kyline! I was blessed seeing you in action on Shining Inheritance. You work hard. Continue to reach out for your goals. But always remember to seek Jesus with all your heart. Trust Him. He will direct your paths. God bless you and guide you all the way,” Coney said.
"Shining Inheritance" is the Philippine adaptation of the K-drama of the same name which originally starred Lee Seung Gi, Moon Chae Won and Han Hyo Joo.
It started airing on GMA Afternoon Prime in September and concluded on January 10.
Kyline played the kontrabida role of Joanna Dela Costa in the series.
