Sofia Pablo says she feels 'super safe' when Allen Ansay is on set

Sofia Pablo and Allen Ansay are starring in an upcoming project together, a series called "Prinsesa ng City Jail," and they couldn't be happier about it.

On "Unang Hirit" on Thursday, the Sparkle actors said that after multiple projects together, they have established a rapport.

"'Yung relatonship namin together, sobrang comfortable na kami sa isa't isa," Allen said. "'Pag may kilig na ekena mas madali na."

Sofia added that she gets the feeling that it's "super safe on set."

"Lalo na 'yung mga scenes na may love angle... safe ka talaga," she said.

Sofia and Allen, also known as AlFia or Team Jolly, previously starred together in "Luv Is: Caught in His Arms" and "In My Dreams."

Starting January 13, they will topbill the GMA Afternoon Prime series, "Prinsesa ng City Jail,”  which follows the story of Princess (Sofia), a young girl raised near a prison by her jail guard father. She brings light to the lives of the people around her, especially the convicted criminals. But despite the love and happiness she finds with them, Princess still longs for a mother who abandoned her.

Aside from TeamJolly, the series also stars Denise Laurel, Beauty Gonzales and Will Ashley. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
