In 'Your Honor' vodcast, Tuesday Vargas and Buboy Villar weigh in on showbiz, social issues

Tuesday Vargas and Buboy Villar teamed up for their latest project, a vodcast titled "Your Honor."

On Wednesday's "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," "Madam Chair" Tuesday said that they get to talk about relevant matters on the show.

"Napakagandang opportunity for artists like us, kami ni Buboy, na hindi normally nakikita sa ganitong ilaw na nagho-host kami ng palabas na ang pinag-uusapan na mga topic [ay] 'yung meron talagang kinalaman sa buhay ng bawat Pilipino," she said.

"Hindi lang po basta komedya, meron po kaming gustong patunayan dito ni Buboy na sobrang mga intellectuals talaga," Tuesday continued.

To give some samples, Tuesday and Buboy were asked about their thoughts on others' opinions that actors should not enter politics.

"As a Madam Chair, I believe hindi po ito katotohanan," Tuesday said. "Anybody can run for office as long as they're capable and their heart is there to serve the people."

Buboy agreed and said, "I just want to say, she's right."

The duo was also asked for their opinion on celebrities publicizing their breakups.

"Para po sa 'kin, nire-respect ko po kung ano po 'yung desisyon nila, gusto nilang tahakin na landas. Kung 'yun po 'yung trip nilang gawin, I support them," Buboy said.

Tuesday followed, reminding viewers that actors are also human.

"So dapat, dinadamayan natin sila sa pagtapos ng mga relasyon nila kasi 'yung mga fans lang naman po siguro ang talagang kailangan ng paliwanag or ng mga backstory bakit nangyari ang hiwalayan. Pero ako, when I read a breakup, I look at them as people, not as artists," she said.

"Your Honor" airs every Saturday at 8:15 p.m. after "Pepito Manaloto." It is also streamed live on YouLol's YouTube page and is also available on Spotify and Apple Podcast.
