David Licauco gets teased on ‘It's Showtime’: ‘Single ka ba ngayon?’

David Licauco has once again returned to the “It’s Showtime” stage and played in one of the show’s segments.

On Wednesday’s episode, the Pambansang Ginoo participated in the “And The Breadwinner Is” game, where he tried to guess who the breadwinner dance choreographer was.

While they were looking for David’s Madlang Partner, Vice Ganda asked him, “David, may partner ka ba?”

“Wala po, single. Single po,” David said.

“Ang tinatanong ko naman [ay] sa business. Ikaw naman, lovelife kaagad,” Vice said.

David said that he’s also “single” in terms of business, so Vice asked again, “Single ka ba ngayon?”

“Opo,” the Sparkle star said.

In the same episode, Vice said that David used to send her food from his restaurant, Sóbra Cafe.

“Nag-text ako, hindi ka nag-reply eh. ‘Puwede ba akong magpadala?’” David said.

“Alam mo, baka naman akala mo na ako ‘yung tinext mo. Mukha lang akong Barbie, pero baka Barbie talaga ‘yung tinext mo,” Vice said. “Gano’n! Ikaw talaga ha! Ang dami mong ikukuwento sa ‘kin na mga ganap sa life.”

Among David’s recent works with his love team partner Barbie Forteza were “Pulang Araw,” “Maging Sino Ka Man,” “That Kind of Love,” and “Maria Clara at Ibarra.”

Last month in December, David also revealed he is single during the livestream of the launch of his new coffee business.
