Last month, David Licauco made a tongue-in-cheek comment about “maghahanap ng bagong girlfriend” during the livestream of the launch of his new coffee business, Good Drip.

David has always been private about his personal life.

In an interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” in June 2024, the actor revealed that he was taken, but didn’t name or further describe his partner.

In the same segment, David also said he gets kilig whenever he's with his loved ones, 35 to 36 years old is his ideal age to get married, he prefers kissing over cuddling, and that his ideal woman to love is "someone who is smart and understanding."

Talks about David’s relationship status come after his love team partner Barbie Forteza announced her breakup with longtime boyfriend Jak Roberto on Thursday.

BarDa became a successful pairing following their first team-up in the 2022 historical fantasy series “Maria Clara at Ibarra.”
