David Licauco says he’ll miss Hiroshi, Adelina as ‘Pulang Araw’ ends

David Licauco will be missing many things as he bids goodbye to “Pulang Araw.”

In Nelson Canlas’ report on “24 Oras,” Friday, David said that he will miss the people from the project.

“I will miss the people, the production, the scripts, the storyline, and I’ll miss Hiroshi. I’ll miss Adelina, ‘di ba?” he said.

“But at the same time, I’m also excited for what’s next,” he added.

David worked on the Kapuso series where he starred as Hiroshi, alongside Barbie Forteza (Adelina), Sanya Lopez (Teresita), and Alden Richards (Eduardo). The main antagonist of the series is Col. Yuta Saitoh, played by Dennis Trillo.

“Pulang Araw” aired its final episode on GMA Network on Friday. It debuted in July on GMA Prime as well as Netflix.

The series is the first and only Filipino TV series to be included in Lunar Codex's time capsule, which will be sent to the moon.
