Dennis Trillo, Ruru Madrid surprise 'Green Bones' viewers on Day 1 of MMFF

Dennis Trillo and Ruru Madrid surprised viewers of "Green Bones" on the first day of the Metro Manila Film Festival!

According to Nelson Canlas' report on "24 Oras," Wednesday, the actors were joined by Jennylyn Mercado and National Artist for Film and Broadcast Arts Ricky Lee, who is one of the film's screenwriters.

Dennis and Ruru took their time to greet viewers and snap selfies with them during the mall tour. They also expressed their gratitude to them for supporting the film.

Salamat po," said Dennis.

One of the highlights of their mall tour was surprising viewers inside a cinema. In the report, the actors can be seen entering a movie house and being flocked by the viewers, who they also took photos with.

"Green Bones" left many viewers feeling good and inspired.

Compassion," said another of the film's message.

The film, directed by award-winning Kapuso filmmaker Zig Dulay, also garnered high praise from film critics, members of the media, and vloggers after its advanced screening and premiere night.

Dennis and Ruru will visit more cinemas in the coming days to promote the film.
