Rita Daniela submits response to Archie Alemania's counter-affidavit

Rita Daniela submitted a reply-affidavit to Archie Alemania's counter-affidavit where he denied the allegations she made.in the act of lasciviousness complaint that she filed against him.

According to Aubrey Carampel's report on "Balitanghali" on Wednesday, the actress filed her reply-affidavit at the Bacoor Hall of Justice in Cavite on Tuesday, December 17.

Daniela's camp said that some parts of Alemania's counter-affidavit affirm the complaint that she filed against him.

In a previous statement, her legal counsel, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, also said that there are "material admissions" in Alemania's counter-affidavit that give "reasonable certainty of conviction" to indict him for acts of lasciviousness.

Alemania and his lawyer did not appear at the Hall of Justice on Tuesday, although a representative of the actor received a copy of the reply-affidavit.

Meanwhile, Daniela is slowly recovering from what happened to her, per the report. Her camp is also making sure that she and Alemania won't cross paths.

"Because what happened was very traumatic for me and honestly po, I really don't know how will I feel if I see him again," said Daniela.

Daniela filed an act of lasciviousness complaint against Alemenia in October. In the complaint, she alleged that he touched and kissed her without her consent, and repeatedly made inappropriate remarks against her after a Thanksgiving party in September.

Last month, she said that she is trying to be OK after what happened.
