Arnold Clavio gives early Aguinaldo to 'Unang Hirit' staff

Arnold “Igan” Clavio’s tradition of sharing his blessings with “Unang Hirit” staff continues!

On Instagram, the GMA Public Affairs pillar shared videos where he handed white envelopes to the staff and crew of the longest-running morning show in the Philippines.

"Yung tradition ko of sharing my blessings sa mga co-worker ko ay nagbabalik," Igan wrote. "Thank you God na na-overcome ko ang health scare this year with your miracle . Thank you sa lahat ng inyong prayers !!!"

In mid-June, Igan suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. While driving home after playing golf, he felt a strange sensation on his right side and decided to stop at the nearest hospital.

Days later, he assured the public that he was out of danger. He underwent physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Igan returned to work in August, believing that being back on air will help him fully recover.

Earlier this December, “Unang Hirit” celebrated its 25th anniversary.
