Dennis Trillo, Ruru Madrid hop on to ‘Suspect’ challenge

Dennis Trillo and Ruru Madrid are the latest stars to hop on to the viral “Suspect” challenge!

On Monday’s episode of “Unang Hirit,” the “Green Bones” stars gamely join the viral challenge where a person referred to as the “suspect,” gets roasted by another while jogging.

During the game, the two actors stand beside each other as the hosts roast them. 

“Suspek, suspek, takot sa partner!” 

“Anong klaseng partner ba ‘yan?” Ruru inquired to which the hosts answered: “Sa romantic partner!’

“Parehas!” Ruru said, laughing before he and Dennis ran in opposite directions. 

Their hilarious reaction was met with laughter from the hosts with Lyn Ching saying, “Sabi nga nila, happy wife, happy life!”

“Ay totoo ‘yon! Totoo ‘yan,” Dennis said, agreeing with Lyn’s statement. 

Dennis and Ruru topbill the 2024 Metro Manila Film Festival entry “Green Bones,” where they play the roles of the notorious criminal Domingo Zamora and jail guard Gonzaga respectively. 

Directed by Zig Dulay, Green Bones follows notorious criminal Domingo Zamora, who was arrested for the murder of his sister. Newly assigned prison guard Gonzaga, observes that Domingo might be planning an escape and will do what he can to ensure he stays behind bars.

An entry to the MMFF, “Green Bones” will premiere in cinemas nationwide on December 25. Tickets are now available.
