Liza Soberano was among the celebrity guests who attended the world premiere of “Mufasa: The Lion King” at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, California.

On Instagram Stories, the Filipino-American actress expressed excitement about watching the film as she posed on the event’s red carpet.

“Made it to the ‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ world premiere,” Liza said in the caption.

In April, Disney released a first look at the upcoming musical film that explored the life of Mufasa, the father of Simba, in the animated film.

Directed by Barry Jenkins, “Mufasa: The Lion King” will premiere in theaters on December 18.

Meanwhile, Liza made her Hollywood debut in “Lisa Frankenstein,” which starred Cole Sprouse and Kathryn Newton.

Liza’s scene-stealing performance got rave reviews from American film critics. “Lisa Frankenstein” is available to stream on Prime Video.
