Olivia Rodrigo cried after Philippine concert, new video reveals

Olivia Rodrigo couldn’t help but shed some tears after her concert at the Philippine Arena in October.

As shown in her recent YouTube video, the Filipino-American musician turned emotional backstage right after performing in front of a sold-out crowd.

“I was just thinking about my family the whole time,” Olivia said. “I don’t know, it’s just beautiful."

The singer-songwriter added, “I’m so grateful everyone came and it was so much fun. And I just feel like the luckiest girl that ever lived.”

Olivia visited the Philippines for the first time in early October for her sold-out GUTS World Tour stop at the Philippine Arena. She told Jimmy Fallon that the Filipinos in the crowd were “such good singers.”

She previously said that visiting the Philippines was a highlight of the tour. Aside from the concert, Olivia also enjoyed a boodle fight and toured Intramuros with her boyfriend, British actor Louis Partridge. —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA Integrated News
