Kim Ji Soo, Kiray Celis bag awards at Ima Wa Ima International Film Festival 2024
Kim Ji Soo and Kiray Celis just took home awards from the Ima Wa Ima Asian International Film Festival and Entertainment Special Awards 2024 in Japan. The awarding ceremony was held on Sunday at the Sumiyoshi Main Hall in Osaka.
Ji Soo took home the Outstanding International Actor in a Cross-Cultural Series award for his remarkable performance in “Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap.”
On Instagram Stories, the Sparkle actor reposted a video of himself accepting the award and said, “Thank you so much.”
Meanwhile, Kiray bagged the Best Performance in a Comedy award for the film “Malditas in Maldives.”
“Sana soon, mapanuod niyo na sa Pilipinas ang movie namin para malaman niyo po kung bakit proud na proud kami sa pelikula namin na ito,” Kiray said on Instagram, followed by words of gratitude.
She also won an award at the Wu Wu Taipei International Film Festival for the same film in September.
Previously, Ji Soo appeared in “Black Rider” as Adrian Park. He also starred in the film “Mujigae.”
