Kevin Kreider says he's an 'honorary Filipino' after starring in 'Hello, Love, Again'
Kevin Kreider is feeling the warmth of Filipino people after starring in "Hello, Love, Again."
On Instagram, Kevin, who portrays Uno in the film, shared some of the wins of "Hello, Love, Again" in the first week of airing worldwide, including ranking 8th in the current Top 10 films in the United States.
"As an honorary [Filipino], I expect all my Fil-Am peeps to be here to celebrate," the "Bling Empire" star said in the caption.
In an earlier report, Kevin said it was a dream come true to be part of "Hello, Love, Again."
"My first dream was to be an actor. The Filipino-American and the Filipino community were the first community to give me my real first shot [at] acting," he said.
"Obviously, people knew me from 'Bling Empire.' This is the first time I feel support from any Asian community to really get a shot on the map," he added.
"Hello, Love, Again" is the sequel to the 2019 blockbuster film "Hello, Love, Goodbye." Directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, it continues the story five years after Joy left Hong Kong for Canada.
The Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo-starrer has already grossed P520 million in Philippines cinemas as of 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
