Heart Evangelista cries as she recalls being hurt by ‘most loyal soldiers’

Heart Evangelista turned emotional as she opened up about a rough chapter in her life when she was hurt by people she had previously trusted.

In the recent episode of “Heart World,” the Global Fashion Icon said that she pities her past self.

“She had no idea what was coming for her. I really felt like maybe to a point na minsan hanggang ngayon, ‘di ko pa rin ma-forgive ‘yung sarili ko kasi at the end of the day, kahit sila ‘yung mga kasama ko no’n, ako pa rin ang gumawa,” Heart said.

She continued, “Actually, sobrang sakit itong part na ‘to kasi I felt like I was sleeping with my most loyal soldiers, but I woke up as a ghost. They killed me in my sleep.”

According to Heart, it hurt her a lot because she loved them deeply and believed they felt the same way about her.

“Kasi kung mapapakita ko ‘yung worst side ko sa kanila, I thought mananaig ‘yung pinakita kong puso ko sa kanila. So ‘yun ‘yung pinakamasakit,” she said.

Heart said that she had already moved on, but she’s still slowly forgiving herself.

“And because of what I went through, nothing, nothing will break Chiz and I,” she said.

“Heart World” aired its debut episode on October 26, where she talked about meeting South Korean actress Song Hye Kyo and also being raised with a healthy dose of discipline at home.
