Alden Richards on continued box office success of 'Hello, Love, Again': 'It was all worth it'
Alden Richards is filled with gratitude for the continued love and support for “Hello, Love, Again.”
The sequel to the 2019 film “Hello, Love, Goodbye” earned P245 million in its first three days, and set the record for the highest opening gross for a local movie with P85 million on its premiere day.
On Instagram, Alden shared photos and a video of the bonfire scene with co-star Kathryn Bernardo and wrote a message of thanks.
“It was all worth it, every step of the way!” Alden said.
“Our ‘Hello, Love, Again’ journey became memorable and meaningful because of each one of you,” he added. “Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for embracing Ethan and Joy with so much love and support once again."
“Hello, Love, Again” follows OFWs Joy (Kathryn) and Ethan’s (Alden) love story five years after the former left Hong Kong for Canada.
The film is showing in over 1,000 cinemas worldwide. Tickets for the film are available online.
