'Voltes V: Legacy' stars pose for snaps with Japanese voice actor counterparts

The stars of "Voltes V: Legacy" just met the voice actors who dubbed their characters as the film opened in Japanese cinemas over the weekend!

On Instagram, Director Mark Reyes shared photos of Miguel Tanfelix and Chiaki Kobayashi (Steve Armstrong), Ysabel Ortega and Megumi Nakajima (Jamie Robinson), Radson Flores and Yamato Kinjo (Mark Gordon), and Martin Del Rosario and Junichi Suwabe (Prince Zardoz).

The four actors, along with Gabby Eigenmann, flew to Japan with Direk Mark to grace the premiere of "Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience" in the country.

They also visited the building of TOEI Company, the birthplace of the original "Voltes V" anime.

Check out the photos of the cast and the voice actors below.

"Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience" first premiered in Philippine cinemas last year. The film was re-edited, the CGI was further improved, and some scenes not included in the Philippine version were added for the Japanese release.

Aside from Miguel, Ysabel, and Radson, the other two Voltes V pilots were played by Matt Lozano (Big Bert Armstrong) and Raphael Landicho (Little Jon).
