Charlie Puth, Zedd, more celebrities mourn Liam Payne
Tributes have poured in for Liam Payne from his fellow musicians and celebrities following his untimely death.
Charlie Puth posted a photo with Liam on Instagram, and on Instagram Stories, expressed his grief.
"I am in shock right now. Liam was always so kind to me. He was one of the first major artists I got to work with. I can not believe he is gone...”
He also posted a video of Liam giving him a shirt.
“I'm so upset right now, may he rest in peace,” Charlie wrote.
Zedd, who collaborated with the singer on the party track “Get Low,” posted a series of photos with Liam through the years, with his last side showing a drawing of him. He captioned it with a broken heart emoji.
Quavo, Liam’s collaborator on his hit solo song, “Strip That Down,” posted a photo of Liam on his Instagram Story.
“Rest in paradise,” the hip-hop artist wrote.
Jonas Blue, who worked with Liam on the song “Polaroid” with Lennon Stella, posted an Instagram photo with him and wrote, “Beyond sad to hear this news. Rest well my friend.”
On Instagram Stories, Ty Dolla $ign revealed that he was recently in touch with Liam.
"Just talked to you 2 days ago my guy. Ima miss u fr fr sucio,” the rapper wrote.
He also posted a video of Liam lip syncing to “Psycho” by Post Malone and Ty Dolla $ign.
Paris Hilton took to X to share her grief.
"So upsetting to hear the news of @LiamPayne passing," she wrote. "Sending love and condolences to his family & loved ones. RIP my friend."

The Backstreet Boys also took to X to mourn Liam. "Our hearts go out to Liam’s family, friends, and Directioners around the world. Rest in peace brother," the American boyband said.

Alesso meanwhile wrote a note to Liam on Instagram, saying "Can’t believe you’re gone, Liam."
"I’m grateful we got to create magic together on ‘Midnight’ and even more thankful for the friendship we had. We shared many laughs and great memories that I’ll carry with me always. Rest easy, my friend," the DJ captioned his post featuring photos with the former One Direction member.
Meanwhile the TV show X Factor said they were "heartbroken by the sad passing" of Liam.
"He was immensely talented and, as part of One Direction, Liam will leave a lasting legacy on the music industry and fans around the world," it added.

On Thursday, more tributes poured in. On Instagram late Thursday, Rita Ora posted a photo with Liam and said "I loved working with him so much - he was just such a joy to be around on and off stage."
The two collaborated for the song "For You (Fifty Shades Freed)," which she said now "takes on a whole new meaning for me."
"This tragic news breaks my heart. Sending all my love and prayers to his family and loved ones," Rita added.
Meanwhile on her Instagram Stories, Camila Caballo thanked Liam "for all the joy you brought my friends and I." She called it "a tragedy to have him gone way too soon."
Liam died after he fell from the third floor of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentine police said. He was 31.
He was a member of One Direction who pursued a solo career after the group went on an indefinite hiatus. More of his songs include, “Familiar” featuring J Balvin, “For You” featuring Rita Ora, and “Bedroom Floor.”
The band issued a statement about his death on Thursday, with members Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik offering tributes for their bandmade. Niall Horan is the last One Direction member who has yet to make a statement.
