Rhian Ramos goes daring for birthday shoot: 'This is 34'
Rhian Ramos bared it all for her latest shoot in celebration of her 34th birthday.
In the Kapuso actress’ latest Instagram post, she showcased her “birthday suit, birthday shoot,” and posed with only a blanket covering her body. Rhian said she did her own makeup for the shoot.
According to her caption, the shoot is a way to celebrate her body.
“I'm not gonna lie, when I look at the mirror, my mind tells my body all sorts of harsh, mean things,” she wrote.
“But they say that one day, we'll all reach an age when we'll wish we had our old bodies back. We'll realise we were never as ‘ugly’ as we thought we were,” she added.
Rhian said that she doesn't want to wait for that day, and wants to "appreciate me now, now."
“This is it. This is 34,” Rhian said.
Rhian’s friends were also involved in the shoot. Janina Manipol and Sandy Ricco took the photos, and Michelle Dee compiled and edited them.

This year, Rhian made waves with her role in “Pulang Araw” as Fina Dela Cruz, the mother of Eduardo and Adelina.
She is set to play Mitena, Cassiopeia’s twin, in “Sang’gre.”
