‘Bubble Gang’ drops behind the scenes from BINI parody
“Bubble Gang” just took us to the set of their BINI parody!
On social media, the comedy show shared a behind the scene clip of their parody group BINI-b10, which performed the parody song “Salarin Salarin” in Sunday’s episode of “Bubble Gang.”
The clip featured Michael V. and his fellow cast members Buboy, Betong, Matt Lozano, and Kokoy De Santos getting their makeup done, dressing up in Y2K-inspired outfits, and practicing the choreography of BINI’s “Salamin Salamin.”
“It's time to witness their story. Panoorin kung paano nabuo ang Nation's Grrr Group, BINI-b10! At, saksihan kung paano sila isa-isang tinarget ng Salarin,” the caption read.
The parody aired on "Bubble Gang" Sunday. which Bitoy teased on Instagram last week.
As of this writing, the parody video has generated over 1.3 million views on Facebook. On YouTube meanwhile, it has been viewed more than 200,000 times.
The BINI parody is the latest in a slew of successful spoofs of Bitoy's including Lola Amour’s “Raining in Manila,” “Uhaw” by Dilaw, “Pasilyo” by SunKissed Lola, and “Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw” by Morissette.
Meanwhile, BINI has several performances lined up, including the Asiya Festival and Billboard Philippines: Mainstage in October, and the Grand BINIverse concert in November.
“Bubble Gang” airs on Sundays at 6:10 p.m. on GMA Network and simulcast on GTV.
