Kim Ji Soo has cute interaction with Ryan Bang on 'It's Showtime'
Kim Ji Soo met his fellow Korean celebrity Ryan Bang on "It's Showtime."
On Friday, he gamely joined the fun and interacted with the hosts during his guest appearance on the show with "Mujigae" co-star Alexa Ilacad and movie director Randolph Longjas.
As Ji Soo and Ryan met for the first time, Vhong Navarro could not help but poke fun on the two of them by saying: "Ryan, ang guwapo ah! Lamang 'to, lamang 'to!"
Ryan then replied: "Lamang talaga kasi actor siya sa Korea eh! Ako komedyante lang sa Philippines."
Kim Ji Soo thanked the hosts for saying he's handsome. After some ribbing by Vhong Navarro, he also called the host "guwapo."
"Paano ako, kababayan tayo!" Ryan quipped.
Karylle then asked Ji Soo: "Is Ryan pogi?" to which Kim Ji Soo answered: "pogi," to Ryan's delight.
And that's not the end of the line for Ryan, as he jokingly asked Direk Randolph to cast him as Kim Ji Soo's best friend in the next "Mujigae" movie.
"Mujigae" follows the story of five-year-old half-Filipino, half-Korean girl named Mujigae (Ryrie Turingan). After losing her mother, she finds herself in the care of her estranged aunt, Sunny (Alexa).
Kim Ji Soo will play the role of Ji Seong, Mujigae's father.
Aside from Ji Soo and Alexa, the film will also star Rufa Mae Quinto. It will premiere in cinemas nationwide on October 9.
