Miguel Tanfelix gets birthday surprise on ‘Mga Batang Riles’ set

Miguel Tanfelix got a special birthday surprise from his “Mga Batang Riles” co-stars.

According to Lhar Santiago’s report on “24 Oras,” Friday, Miguel thought that they were just taping a scene for the series when they played the Happy Birthday song.

Kokoy De Santos, Raheel Bhyria, Bruce Roeland, and Antonio Vinzon then suddenly appeared riding a trolley while carrying Miguel’s birthday cake.

“Nagulat po ako pero pinaka nakakatawa talaga dun, nakasakay sila dito ta’s umaandar sila. Nakakatawa,” Miguel said.

Among Kokoy, Raheel, Bruce, and Antonio’s wishes for Miguel are good health, more blessings, and more success.

“Sa lahat ng wish, nag-enjoy ako sa health kasi tamang-tama may sakit ako ngayon,” Miguel said.

When asked if he has plans to celebrate his birthday with Ysabel Ortega, Miguel said, “Baka bukas po kami. ‘Di ko po alam kay Ysabel. Baka may surprise po sa ‘kin.”

Last month, the cast of "Mga Batang Riles" attended a workshop with Laurice Guillen.

"Mga Batang Riles" is directed by Richard Arellano. The series already held a story conference with the cast.
