KATSEYE members hope to collab with Liza Soberano, Niana Guerrero

The girls of KATSEYE are in the Philippines for the first time as a group!

During their first media conference in the country, the global girl group was asked who the Filipino stars they want to collaborate with someday.

According to leader and lone Filipina member Sophia, they recently bumped into Liza Soberano during New York Fashion Week.

Sophia called the experience "absolutely insane," saying Liza was "a goddess in person."

"I couldn't breathe. Like, literally, she was so pretty. I was shook. She was gorgeous. So yeah, we'd love to do something with her," Indian-American Lara said, with the other girls nodding in agreement.

"Hopefully like a cute TikTok with her or something. Maybe a movie?" Sophia said, laughing at the latter part.

They've also seen Niana Guerrero's TikTok videos dancing to their songs.

"I show her videos a lot to the girls. She's so cute, especially her little sister. That'll be really cool," Sophia said.

On Wednesday, they will be making a guest appearance on "It's Showtime."

After their guesting, KATSEYE will hold their fan showcase titled KATSEYE: Touchdown in Manila at 6 p.m. in Taguig City.

Sophia from the Philippines, Daniela, Lara, and Megan from the USA, Manon from Switzerland, and Yoonchae from South Korea debuted as KATSEYE in late June.

They released their debut EP, "SIS (Soft Is Strong)," on August 16. It includes the viral hits "Touch" and "Debut."
