GMA's Maria Clara and Padre Salvi are back together again!
Julie Anne San Jose and Juancho Trivino, who starred in the hit show “Maria Clara at Ibarra,” have reunited for a TikTok dance video.
The former co-stars clearly had a fun time together, as they smiled and laughed while they danced.
“A surprise TikTok challenger!” Juancho said in his caption and tagged Julie.
He added, “Good to see a friend from the Spanish era! Mariaaaaaa…”
“Maria Clara at Ibarra” aired on GMA Network in 2022 and is currently streaming on Netflix. It follows Klay (Barbie Forteza), a Gen Z student who travels to the world of Jose Rizal’s novels Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo to learn about Philippine history and how the past affects the present.
Julie Anne and Juancho made waves for their portrayals of the strong Maria Clara and the villainous Padre Salvi, respectively. The role earned Juancho his first ever Best Actor award from the TAG Awards in 2022.
Julie Anne is a host on “The Clash” and a coach on “The Voice Kids.”
Meanwhile, Juancho is part of the cast of “Widows’ War.”
