Carla Abellana says she 'will be well': 'It's taking longer, but my body is doing its best'

Carla Abellana on Saturday posted a new update while confined in the hospital.

On Instagram, the Kapuso actress uploaded new photos from her hospital room, including the IV drip stand beside her.

“Thank you for all your prayers and well wishes. By God’s grace, i will be well,” Carla said.

“It’s taking longer, but my body is doing its best and i am taken care of very well,” she added.

On Wednesday, Carla let her followers know that she has been hospitalized. She hasn't yet shared the reason for her hospitalization.

While recovering, Carla tunes in to “Pulang Araw” and also “Widows’ War,” in which she currently stars with Bea Alonzo.

Carla renewed her contract with the Kapuso Network in January after “a very scary year.”
