Ahead of 40th birthday, Marian Rivera flexes billboard photos 10 years apart

Marian Rivera is back to dominating the billboards in Guadalupe ahead of her 40th birthday!

On the Kapuso Primetime Queen's Instagram broadcast channel, she shared a then-and-now comparison of her billboards from 2014 to 2024. 

Marian showcased her fit figure in the comparison photos by wearing activewear from local fashion brand Bench.

In an Instagram post, Marian said it's important for her to be a role model to her kids, Zia and Sixto, regarding health.

"Maganda rin kasi 'yung na-mo-model mo sa mga anak mo na as early as now, alam nila 'yung ibig sabihin na hindi para maging sexy, pero para maging healthy," she said.

"Gusto ko talaga healthy living," she added. "Hindi ko naman sinasabing wala akong cheat day, pero sabi ko nga, lahat puwede, 'wag lang sobra."

Marian stars in the Cinemalaya film "Balota," which follows the story of a land-grabbing tycoon and a former male sexy actor locked in a tight race for the mayoral seat of a small town.

The award-winning actress said the role brought back her fulfillment at work. She turned deglamorized for the film and also refused to have a body double.
