Rhian Ramos shares behind-the-scenes clips from ‘Pulang Araw'

Rhian Ramos showed the hard work that goes on behind the scenes in “Pulang Araw.”

In a TikTok video, the Kapuso actress shared a glimpse of her preparations to become Fina Dela Cruz, the mother of Eduardo and Adelina. Rhian showed the makeup and wardrobe team getting her into character as she read her script, as well as Direk Dominic Zapata’s guidance.

Rhian also showed some clips with her onscreen kids played by Franchesco Maafi and Cassy Lavarias, and onscreen partner Epy Quizon.

“You’ll see that every member of the production has approached this project with love,” the actress said in her caption.

Rhian just finished her special role in “Pulang Araw,” and earned praise for her acting skills.

“Pulang Araw” traces the intertwined lives of four childhood friends: Adelina (Barbie Forteza), Teresita (Sanya Lopez), Hiroshi (David Licauco), and Eduardo (Alden Richards). As war ravages their homeland and Japanese forces occupy the Philippines, their dreams, friendships, and loyalties are tested, leading them on a journey of self-discovery and resilience.  

The show made a strong debut on Netflix via www.netflix.com/PulangAraw on July 26, and was a trending topic on X. The historical drama is on the No. 1 spot of the platform’s list of "Top 10 TV Shows in the Philippines Today."
