'Pulang Araw' cast, crew hold watch party as series makes television premiere
The cast, crew, and staff of "Pulang Araw" are holding a watch party on their shooting locations as the series makes its television premiere on Monday.
As seen on "24 Oras," Barbie Forteza, Sanya Lopez, David Licauco, and more actors are currently in Batangas and eagerly waiting for the show's pilot episode to finally air on GMA Prime.
Dennis Trillo is also on set in Pampanga and invited fans to watch "Pulang Araw."
Alden Richards, meanwhile, has already flown off to Canada to shoot "Hello, Love, Again," his upcoming film with Kathryn Bernardo.
"Pulang Araw" first premiered on Netflix on Friday. Directed by Dominic Zapata and written by Suzette Doctolero, the series follows four childhood friends as they navigate their many struggles during World War II.
It has landed on the no. 1 spot of the Top 10 TV Shows in the Philippines Today 24 hours after its release on the streaming platform.
"Pulang Araw" airs weekdays on GMA Prime at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras."
