David Licauco surprises netizens with knowledge of Philippine history

Aside from being an impressive actor, David Licauco is also an intelligent man who knows facts about Philippine history.

On YouTube, vlogger Chris Cantada shared his exclusive interview with the "Pulang Araw" cast, including David, Alden Richards, Barbie Forteza, and Sanya Lopez.

In the video, which was a pop quiz on Philippine history, David got the highest score of correct answers.

David showed off his knowledge of Philippine presidents as well as trivia on the Philippines' oldest university and the country's oldest city, among others.

"Proud of you, ha," Barbie said in the video.

"Pulang Araw" debuted on Netflix on Friday and immediately became a trending topic on social media. It is currently no. 1 on the Top 10 TV Shows in the Philippines Today on the platform.

"Grabe pilot pa lang 'to ah, what more sa mga susunod na episode," an X user wrote on the social media platform.

The Kapuso family drama series, written by Suzette Doctolero and directed by Dominic Zapata, will have its television premiere on Monday.
