New 'Pulang Araw' trailer teases love between main cast

Netflix Philippines just dropped a new trailer for "Pulang Araw," teasing the love story between the four main characters!

The video first shows Eduardo (Alden Richards) and Teresita (Sanya Lopez) arguing because of her mother, Carmela (Angelu De Leon).

It then shows Adelina (Barbie Forteza) meeting Hiroshi (David Licauco) again after he studied in Japan. Hiroshi later confesses his love for her, but Teresita catches them and slaps her half-sister.

The official sound track of the series, "Kapangyarihan" by Ben&Ben featuring SB19, plays in the background.

In the previous trailer, fans got a glimpse into the struggles that the characters will face before and during World War II.

"Pulang Araw" will premiere on Netflix on Friday, three days before it airs on GMA Prime on Monday.

Directed by Dominic Zapata, the series also stars Dennis Trillo, Epy Quizon, Rochelle Pangilinan, Ashley Ortega, Neil Ryan Sese, Mikoy Morales, Aidan Veneracion, and more.

It also includes the special participation of Julie Anne San Jose, Rhian Ramos, Derrick Monasterio, Isay Alvarez, Rabiya Mateo, Jackie Woo, Maria Ozawa, and Billy Ray Gallon.
