Dennis Trillo does TikTok dance challenge in his custom GMA Gala outfit

Dennis Trillo had a solo afterparty following the GMA Gala 2024!

The Kapuso Drama King posted an Instagram Reel participating in the “Watashi Wa Star” dance challenge, or the viral song “Mamushi” by Megan Thee Stallion featuring Yuki Chiba.

In the video, Dennis was still in his custom Ziggy Savella black and white tuxedo he wore to the ball.

“Bago ko hubarin ito…” the actor said in his caption and added the hashtag, #WatashiWaStarOfTheNight.

The third GMA Gala 2024 happened last Saturday at the Grand Ballroom of Marriott Hotel Manila in Pasay City. It is the network’s annual thanksgiving celebration that also serves as a fundraising event for the benefit of the GMA Kapuso Foundation, which will benefit various charities. This year, it was a celebration of Philippine pride.

Stars appeared in their black, white, and sparkly attire on the red carpet. Afterward, the gathering included several performances and presentations.

Dennis is part of the much-awaited series “Pulang Araw” as Japanese imperial army officer, Col. Yuta Saitoh, his first major kontrabida role.

He is also set to star in a new movie with his wife Jennylyn Mercado. "Everything About My Wife," the romantic comedy and a Philippine adaptation of an Argentinian film is DenJen’s first movie together after 14 years.

“Pulang Araw,” is coming to Netflix via www.netflix.com/PulangAraw on July 26 and GMA Prime beginning July 29.
