Stell of SB19 and Julie Anne San Jose delight 'TiktoClock' viewers with performance of 'Dati'

Stell of SB19 and Julie Anne San Jose made the TikTropa happy on Thursday morning!

The duo performed a cover of “Dati,” originally by Sam Concepcion and Tippy Dos Santos. Stell and Julie Anne also took turns in doing Quest’s rap verse.

After their song performance, Pokwang asked them about the states of their hearts.

“Napakasaya syempre,” Julie Anne said. “Bukod sa syempre may nagpapasaya sa puso ko, masaya din ako kasi may proyekto kami ni Stell.”

Stell then said, “Sobrang excited ako na makatrabaho ang isang Julie Anne San Jose."

Stell and Julie Anne then invited audiences to their two-night concert at the New Frontier Theater on July 27 and 28, titled "JulieXStell: Ang Ating Tinig." Pablo from SB19 and Gary Valenciano are the show’s special guests.

Stell and Julie hinted at a collab in early June, when the Kapuso star visited SB19’s company, 1Z Entertainment.

The two were judges on “The Voice Generations” on GMA-7 in 2023, and will return as judges on “The Voice Kids.”

In June, Stell released his debut solo single “Room.” He is set to release his debut EP with all original songs this August, and will go on a nationwide tour.

Meanwhile, Julie Anne and her boyfriend Rayver Cruz recently performed at Gary V’s Pure Energy concert. Julie also made waves for her take on the “Piliin Mo ang Pilipinas” trend as Maria Clara. —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA Integrated News
