Solenn Heussaff officially joins 'Sang'gre' cast as Cassiopeia
It's official—Solenn Heussaff is joining the cast of "Sang'gre" as her "Encantadia" character Cassiopeia, the twin of series antagonist Mitena.
On Instagram, Director Mark Reyes shared a photo of him and Solenn and greeted her a warm "Avisala Hara Cassiopeia!"
"It's really an overwhelming and nostalgic feeling seeing the OG Enca cast show up on the set after eight years and still looking fabulous like it was just last week," Direk Mark said.
"Solenn is also nervous about spewing the mytical 'Enchan' dialogues after all this time. But I'm sure she’ll nail it once again because once a Sanggre, forever a Sanggre!" he added.
The director said Solenn told him she is excited to work with her good friend Rhian Ramos, who will play Mitena.
"Sang'gre" is set to star Bianca Umali, Angel Guardian, Kelvin Miranda, and Faith Da Silva as the new generation of Sang'gres.
Glaiza De Castro, Kylie Padilla, Sanya Lopez, and Gabbi Garcia will also reprise their roles as Pirena, Amihan, Danaya, and Alena.
