Marco Masa asks Ashley Sarmiento to be his GMA Gala date during painting session
Marco Masa pulled off a cute GMA Gala date proposal for his love team partner, Ashley Sarmiento!
On Instagram, the Sparkle actor posted a video of the moment he popped the question to Ashley during a painting session.
"Painting each other but actually asking her to be my GMA Gala date," he wrote in the video, adding a flexed biceps and a smiling face with sunglasses emojis.
In the video, Ashley was visibly surprised when Marco revealed his "painting" to her. The Sparkle actress was suddenly shy and hid her face behind her own painting of Marco.
Later in the video, Ashley wrote her sweet "yes" on Marco's painting and also did her own "reveal."
AshCo fans expressed their kilig in the comments section, among them Sparkle actor Michael Sager.
"Marco tumatapang' Masa," said another fan.
Marco and Ashley currently star in "Black Rider," which airs weekdays on GMA Prime at 8:00 p.m. after "24 Oras."
The GMA Gala is now on its third year. The star-studded event serves as a fund-raising event for the benefit of the GMA Kapuso Foundation.
Last year, it was attended not only by Kapuso stars, but also Kapamilya artists like Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, and Joshua Garcia.
