Miss International 2023 Andrea Rubio on Binibining Pilipinas coronation night: 'I know it's gonna be a blast'

Miss International 2023 Andrea Rubio is looking forward to the Binibining Pilipinas coronation event!

The Venezuelan model and beauty queen will have a special participation in the grand coronation night happening on July 7, Sunday, and she says she is “very excited.”

“I know it's gonna be a blast being on the stage and to share that with a lot of beauty crowd that has already like won a crown,” Andrea told GMA News Online in a media roundtable on Friday.

She didn't reveal exactly what her participation will be but according to the Binibining Pilipinas organization, Andrea "will have a significant role in awarding the 60th Binibining International crown."

The 25-year-old added, her part in the coronation is “gonna be a huge responsibility.”

“I hope I have a lot of fun doing it because—I know I will,” Andrea said.

“I hope you like the show a lot,” she added with a smile.

Andrea arrived in Manila on Wednesday evening and was welcomed by Filipina beauty queens, Bb. Pilipinas International 2023 Angelica Lopez, Miss International 2023 3rd Runner Up Nicole Borromeo, and Miss International 2013 Bea Santiago.

The Binibining Pilipinas 2024 coronation night is happening on July 7 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

In early June, the organization revealed the new crowns and bigger prizes for this year's winners.

Former Binibini queens Catriona Gray, Kylie Verzosa, MJ Lastimosa, and Nicole Cordoves, as well as Ruffa Gutierrez, will serve as hosts on the grand coronation. P-pop group SB19, Gary Valenciano, and Martin Nievera will also perform at the event.
