Ryza Cenon shaves off hair for upcoming movie role

Ryza Cenon went all out for her upcoming movie!

In a series of Instagram posts, the actress revealed that she shaved all her hair off for her part in the horror film, “Lilim,” directed by Mikhail Red .

Ryza will play Helena, a cult member and nun who worships the demon Lilith.

“Bad ako dito so medyo na-challenge ako dun sa role na binigay sa akin,” Ryza said in a video. “’Pag ganito kasing klaseng role parang na-e-excite ako especially ‘pag ganito ka-dark. Kaya nag-decide ako na magpakalbo, skinhead talaga.”

She added, “Kailangan ‘pag nagawa mo siya, talaga dapat committed ka talaga na kaya mo siyang gawin at hindi ka magsisisi ‘pag nagawa mo siya.”

“Lilim” also stars Heaven Peralejo, Eula Valdez , Nicole Omillo, Phoebe Walker, Mon Confiado , Rafa Siguion-Reyna, Gold Aceron, and Skywalker David. It will be coming out in cinemas soon.

Ryza is best known for her roles in “ Ika-6 na Utos ,” “ Alyas Robin Hood ,” and “Sinungaling Mong Puso.”

In 2020, she gave birth to her first child, Night , with her partner, Miguel Antonio Cruz.
