Max Collins receives gift, card from Marian Rivera on last taping for 'My Guardian Alien'

The cast and crew of "My Guardian Alien" just capped off their taping, and it's an experience that got actress Max Collins missing her co-stars.

In Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras," Friday, Max shared she misses her "My Guardian Alien" family that she got to be with for an entire year. She was also touched when co-star Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera gave her a gift and a card on their last day of taping.

"Ang sweet talaga ni Marian, she said na she's happy na mas nakilala niya 'ko. She said na, 'Don't worry magkikita pa tayo' and you know I love working with her," said Max. "She's so nice, so sweet, and nabuo talaga 'yung family namin sa 'My Guardian Alien' kasi everyone is so chill, walang diva sa amin."

She added that she enjoyed playing the role of Venus, who was her first kontrabida role.

She said that even though Venus is supposed to be a mean girl in the series, she made sure that viewers would still find her character amusing.

The series' end is also approaching, with Max teasing that their extraordinary finale week will be a "tearjerker."

"My Guardian Alien" follows the story of an alien named 11-1-20-8-5-22-9-12-5, who crashes on Earth from outer space. She then takes the form of a deceased woman named Katherine and turns the lives of Katherine's husband Carlos (Gabby Concepion) and their son Doy (Raphael Landicho) upside down.

Other cast members of "My Guardian Alien" include Gabby Eigenmann, Kiray Celis, Arnold Reyes, Caitlyn Stave, Tanya Gomez, and more. Award-winning director Zig Dulay is at the helm of the series.

"My Guardian Alien" premiered on April 1 this year on GMA Prime.
