Janna Dominguez, Mosang, Jen Rosendahl praise Michael V. as 'Pepito Manaloto' director

"Pepito Manaloto" cast members Janna Dominguez, Mosang, and Jen Rosendahl have nothing but words of praise for Michael V. for his work as the show's director.

On Tuesday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," the three actresses said Bitoy can juggle multiple roles at the same time.

"Minsan naaawa ako kasi multitasking siya eh, actor, director, creative director," Mosang said. "Nakita ko pa siyang nagsusulat ng idiot board, inaayos, nagno-notes."

"Sobrang fan [ako], idol, wala akong masabi, grabe 'tong taong 'to," she added.

Janna, meanwhile, said it was a big transition for her to have Bitoy as a director after working with him as a co-actor for a long time.

"Nahihiya akong tawagin si Kuya Bitoy ng Direk. Parang s'yempre for the longest time, since 2010, parang nasanay ako na Kuya 'yung tawag ko sa kanya," she said.

"Pero grabe bilib ako, saludo ako sa kanya sa pagiging multitasking niya na even editing naka-focus siya," she added. "Ganun niya ka love 'yung craft niya."

Jen is similarly awed by Bitoy's ability to wear many hats and admitted that she felt pressure at first when he took over the show after the death of former director Bert de Leon.

"Kasi si Direk Bert, ka-jive ko rin talaga so kahit minsan sumablay ako keri lang," she said. Kay Kuya Bitoy sabi ko, oh my God, may pressure. Ayoko naman 'yung mainis siya, 'yung cause of delay ka kumbaga."

Tito Boy, who previously appeared on "Bubble Gang" as a guest, also attested to Bitoy's abilities as a director.

"'Pag nagdidirek si Bitoy, seryoso. As a co-actor, 'pag nagshi-shift iba. Kabilib 'di ba," he said.

"Pepito Manaloto" is a comedy series about a family whose fortunes suddenly changed when they won the lottery. It airs on Saturdays at 6:15 p.m. after "24 Oras Weekend."
