Rocco Nacino wins gold and bronze medals at Pan Asians 2024

Rocco Nacino emerged victorious in his return to competitive sports!

On Instagram, the Kapuso actor proudly shared that he won gold and bronze medals in his two Jiu-Jitsu fights at the Pan Asians 2024.

"Glad I was able to push myself to experience the competition jitters again, because damn it is addicting," he said in his caption. "I'd do this again, especially competing in the open weight division."

"Friends and teammates said don't even try it after seeing my giant opponent, I said why not. I left the event yesterday feeling proud of myself for taking on this challenge for the year," he added.

Rocco made sure to thank his "top cheerers," wife Melissa Gohing and son Ezren.

"Yan ang nagpalakas sakin talaga," he said.

"On to the next one!" he added.

On top of being an actor, TV host, Navy reservist, and business owner, Rocco is also Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner who has won a gold medal at the Manila International Open 2017: IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship.

Rocco married Melissa in 2021. They welcomed Baby Ezren in October 2022.

The couple previously shared some of their jiujitsu sparring sessions.
