Bianca Umali, Sanya Lopez, other Kapuso artists attend Jinseo Arigato International Film Festival in Japan

Our Kapuso artists are taking the spotlight in Japan!

Sanya Lopez, Bianca Umali, Kelvin Miranda, and Kiray Celis jetted off to Tokyo, Japan to grace the Jinseo Arigato International Film Festival.

The Kapuso artists were joined by GMA Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes.

"Chances Are You and I" starring Kelvin, "Mananambal" starring Bianca, and "Malditas in Maldives" starring Kiray will all be screened at the festival.

Meanwhile, Sanya is set to receive the Best TV Personality award. Alden Richards will also be recognized as Best Filipino Actor despite his absence from the Japanese festival.

Bianca, Sanya, and Kelvin are set to star in "Sang'gre" with Faith Da Silva and Angel Guardian. The series is slated to premiere this year. 

Sanya is also part of the upcoming historical drama series "Pulang Araw." She joins a star-studded cast of Alden, Barbie Forteza, and David Licauco.
