Jessy Mendiola on Luis Manzano’s 43rd birthday: ‘You are one of a kind’
Jessy Mendiola has nothing but love and appreciation for her husband Luis Manzano, who celebrated his 43rd birthday on Sunday.
On Instagram, the celebrity mom shared a photo from their wedding and some snaps of their little family along with a heartfelt birthday message for Luis.
“Happy happy birthday, my love,” Jessy began in the caption.
She told Luis how “blessed” they are to have him in their lives,” and thanked him for being such a “good husband and father to her and Rosie.”
Ending her post, Jessy described her husband as “one of a kind” and sent him her birthday wishes of "good health, happiness and peace."
"You deserve all the good things in life, We love you.” the 31-year-old actress said.
Luis and Jessy first got married in 2021 in an intimate civil ceremony held in Batangas, and in February 2024, tied the knot in a church wedding in Palawan.
They welcomed their daughter Isabella Rose in January 2023.
In a "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" episode, Jessy said the second wedding is a fulfillment of a promise they made to each other.
The wedding also became an opportunity for their families to bond. Luis’ mom Vilma Santos, even shared a beautiful snap featuring her ex and Luis' father, Edu Manzano, and her current husband, Senator Ralph Recto in one frame.
According to Jessy, she wants to have many kids with Luis.
“Gusto ko talaga ng maraming anak, Tito Boy," she said. "Kung kaya ko lang talaga nang sabay-sabay.”
