Does Karylle ever get 'pikon' because of her 'It's Showtime' co-hosts' teasing?

Does Karylle ever get 'pikon' because of her 'It's Showtime' co-hosts' teasing?

The hosts of "It's Showtime" are known for their teasing and bickering, but are there ever instances where they cross the line?

Karylle was posed the question during a morning chikahan with Lyn Ching and Arnold Clavio on "Unang Hirit" on Friday.

"Aaminin ko na ba ngayon?" Karylle asks, before jokingly adding, "Pinaka-naaasar talaga ako Ryan Bang."

She then went on to explain, "He's a Korean and sabay kami pumasok... ang level ng bonding namin sobrang lalim na. Parang ano niya ko, ate, 'yung asaran namin next level na."

Karylle said that sometimes, she does think, "Shucks, nagkakapikunan."

However, she revealed that Ryan always says something sweet to her to remind her that it's all just teasing.

"'Ate Karylle, I love you.' After every asaran, may bawi, just in case naasar ako ng tunay," Karylle said. "Kasi minsan acting acting lang kami diba."

"Pero — 'Ate K, love you,' may paalala lagi. Pero secret lang 'yan," she added.

Karylle's guesting on "Unang Hirit" comes after "It's Showtime" debuted on GMA's main noontime slot last Saturday.

During the grand debut last Saturday, Karylle sang "Black Magic" with Anne Curtis and Kim Chiu.

"It's Showtime's" debut episode was a top-rater, earning a solid 6.8% rating on GMA Network’s main channel while registering a 9.7% from combined overnight data of channels GTV, A2Z, Kapamilya Channel and Jeepney TV. This is according to Nielsen Philippines NUTAM People Ratings.

The episode also set the internet abuzz and had many trending moments.

“It’s Showtime” is also aired on GMA Network’s GTV. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
