Tom Rodriguez pokes fun at his viral TikTok song cover: ‘Pa’no mag-delete?’

Shortly after his “Versace on the Floor” song cover went viral, Tom Rodriguez joined the internet in reacting to his TikTok video, which now has over 2.3 million views.

Stitching a video with the viral clip, the Kapuso actor was initially vibing along with his own video, saying it seemed fine.

“Okay naman ah?” he even said.

But more than halfway through the video, Tom looked like he realized something and said, “Oo nga, ‘no?”

“Hala, pa’no mag-delete? Hala, pa’no i-only me?” Tom hilariously said, calling out to his mom.

Tom uploaded his take on the Bruno Mars song in February, and over the Holy Week break, the video went viral.

“Okay naman? Kaso may nabasa kasi ako na Mickey mouse version, yun tuloy nadidinig ko,” a user commented.

Tom then jokingly replied, “Hindi Mickey Mouse! Nakaka-offend ka. Chipmunks po. Bukas may Mickey Mouse cover ako na legit.”

Tom returned to the country last January, after flying to Arizona, United States in 2022, when his marriage with Carla Abellana fell apart. In June that year, he said they were already divorced.

The two had been in a relationship for seven years before getting married in October 2021.

Earlier this year, Tom revealed he is now seeing someone new, but for now, he wants to keep the identity of his special someone to himself.

He made his acting comeback with an episode of “Magpakailanman” last month.
