Rita Daniela confesses to being a third party to a celebrity couple in the past

Rita Daniela admitted she used to be a third party to a celebrity couple way back in 2017.

In an episode of "Sarap, 'Di Ba?", the Kapuso actress participated in the segment "Trot or Charot," where she delivered a statement that her co-participants would guess whether or not it was a truth or a lie.

“Na-experience ko na maging third party sa isang relasyon. Naghiwalay sila dahil sa akin,” Rita said.

The "My Special Tatay" actress stated clues on the matter, saying it happened sometime in 2017 and 2018. Without naming any names, Rita said the couple is also in showbiz.

In the latter part of the segment, Rita revealed the statement was true, saying that she was led to believe that the guy she was involved with was single.

“Kasi usually sabi kapag mga ganiyan wala na sila, ‘di na sila okay tapos meron pa rin pala so nung nalaman ko syempre tinigil,” she said.

“So nung tinigil medyo naging makulit si guy so ako naman ginawa ko lahat para hindi siya matuloy pero s’yempre nung nalaman ni girl naghiwalay sila,” she added.

Rita also said she apologized many times to the couple and said the two are already married now.

Rita gave birth to her son Uno on December 22 last year.

She first announced her pregnancy in an episode of "All Out Sundays."

In an interview on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," Rita said that she had parted ways with her non-showbiz partner, the father of Baby Uno. —Hermes Tunac/JCB, GMA Integrated News
